Variable Logic Labs, Corp (“Blend,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the website located at blend.money (the “Website” and, together with any connected software, mobile application, smart contracts, or other products, the “Interface” or the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our services (the “Service”) and explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you. This document is part of our Terms of Service (“TOS”). By accessing or using the Service made available through our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide

We may collect the following information when you use the Service:

• Correspondence and content. If you message us (e.g., feedback, support), we may collect your name, contact information (e.g., email), wallet address (if you share it), and any other content you include.
• Account details (if you create an account). Display name, email, username, preferences, and authentication artifacts (e.g., SIWE signatures).
• KYC/Identity (if required for certain features). Legal name, date of birth, address, government‑ID images/numbers, liveness checks, sanctions screening outcomes. If applicable, these are collected and processed by our KYC vendor on our behalf.

You may choose to voluntarily provide other information we have not solicited. In such instances, you are solely responsible for that information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Wallet address. We may collect the wallet address you use to connect to the Interface to, for example, prevent use of wallets associated with legally prohibited conduct. We may also collect your wallet address as part of Usage Information (below) to improve the Interface and user experience of the Service.
• Device information. Device type, operating system, browser type/version, language, screen dimensions, and similar technical data to optimize compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
• Usage information. Timestamps, pages viewed, features and assets you interact with, links you click, search queries, referral URLs, clickstream data, and interaction events associated with your wallet address and/or session.
• Log/diagnostic data. Error logs and performance metrics that help us maintain security and reliability.

C. Information from Third Parties

• Wallet providers (e.g., WalletConnect, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet): connection status, wallet address, network/chain.
• Node/RPC providers (e.g., Infura, Alchemy, QuickNode): request metadata (such as IP address and headers) subject to their policies.
• Analytics/attribution (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, PostHog): aggregated engagement metrics.
• Email & support tools (e.g., SendGrid, Customer.io, Intercom).

Cookies Policy

Current status: We do not use cookies. If we decide to use them in the future, we would use cookies and similar technologies to understand how you use our Interface so we can improve its design and functionality. What is a cookie? A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Some cookies are essential for core functionality; others support analytics or preferences. If we adopt cookies, we will update this Policy and provide controls. Possible types (if adopted):

• Strictly necessary cookies: essential for core features; do not collect personal information.
• Analytical/performance cookies: help us analyze how visitors use the Interface to improve functionality and performance.
• Functional cookies: remember choices (e.g., preferred wallet) to personalize your experience.

Use of Your Personal Data

We do not rent or sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may use personal data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring usage.
• Manage your account and deliver requested features.
• Improve the Service via internal research, analytics, and UX testing (results shared only in aggregate or de‑identified form).
• Understand interests and needs to tailor experiences and content.
• Perform contracts and honor our TOS.
• Contact you (if you voluntarily provided contact details) about updates, security notices, and service communications.
• Manage requests you submit to us.
• Business operations and transfers, including evaluating or executing mergers, financings, or asset transactions.
• Security and legal compliance, including preventing abuse, investigating potential violations, enforcing the TOS, and complying with laws and lawful requests.
• Other purposes such as data analysis, trend identification, and evaluating or improving our Service, products, marketing, and user experience.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We may share personal data as follows:

• Service providers. With vendors that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email, customer support, KYC, node/RPC). These processors are bound by contractual obligations.
• Business transfers. In connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition.
• Affiliates. With our affiliates, who must honor this Privacy Policy.
• Business partners. To offer certain products, services, or promotions.
• Other users/public areas. If you interact in public areas, information you share may be visible to others.
• With your consent. For any other purpose you authorize.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, then delete or de‑identify it, subject to legal obligations (e.g., tax/audit, AML). Usage data may be retained for shorter periods unless needed to strengthen security or improve functionality or where we are legally required to retain it longer. On‑chain data is permanent and outside our direct control.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data‑protection laws than your jurisdiction. We take steps reasonably necessary to ensure transfers comply with applicable laws (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and that your data is treated securely.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business transactions. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal data becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy. Law enforcement. We may disclose personal data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. Other legal requirements. We may disclose personal data in good faith to: comply with legal obligations; protect and defend our rights or property; prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing; protect the safety of users or the public; or protect against legal liability.

Security of Your Personal Data

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including us.

Analytics

We may use third‑party providers to monitor and analyze Service usage, such as Google Analytics and/or Heap. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may aggregate data across their services. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s browser add‑on. See providers’ privacy pages for details.

Email Marketing

If you opt in, we may send newsletters or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe via the link in those emails or by contacting us. We may use providers such as SendGrid to deliver email.

We may process personal data under these legal bases: consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, vital interests, public interest, and legitimate interests. Contact us if you need help understanding which basis applies.

Your Rights

If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Web3 limitation: We cannot erase or modify on‑chain records, but we can delete or de‑identify off‑chain data we control, unlink wallet‑to‑account associations where feasible, and stop further processing.

California Privacy Rights (CPRA/“CCPA”)

California residents have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses (including “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising). We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, email hello@blend.money and specify your request and scope. We will confirm receipt within 10 days and may request information to verify your identity. You may designate an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

Other U.S. State Laws

Residents of states with privacy laws (e.g., CO, CT, UT, VA) may have additional rights, including to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and appeal a denied request. See the Contact Us section to exercise these rights.

”Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control

Our Service does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where legally required, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for opt‑out of certain processing.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps to remove it where feasible.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third‑party websites or services not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the Last update date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice (e.g., email or in‑app) prior to the change becoming effective.
